Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union, the United States, and internationally (UK, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia and more) — always with tracking.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery is around 5–9 business days in the Netherlands, 7–14 across the rest of the EU, 9–15 to the United States, and 10–18 for the rest of the world.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on all EU orders over €50 (under €50 a small flat fee applies). For the US and the rest of the world, shipping is a flat €9.95 and free on orders over €75.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll get a tracking number by email, and you can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 14 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Using your tools

How do the heatless curls work?
Wrap slightly damp hair around the satin rod before bed, secure the ends, and sleep. Unwrap in the morning for soft, bouncy curls — no heat, no damage.

How do I use the rose quartz roller?
Chill it in the fridge, apply your serum or oil, and roll upwards and outwards for a few minutes. Finish by sculpting with the gua sha along your jaw and cheekbones.
