Every Revonae order is sent with tracked delivery, so you always know where your parcel is.
Processing time
Orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- Netherlands: approximately 5–9 business days
- Rest of the EU: approximately 7–14 business days
- United States: approximately 9–15 business days
- Rest of the world (UK, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia and more): approximately 10–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods such as holidays and sales.
Shipping costs
- European Union: free shipping on all orders over €50 — under €50 a small flat fee applies (€4.95 in the Netherlands, €5.95 in the rest of the EU)
- United States & rest of the world: flat rate €9.95 — free on orders over €75

Track your order
Once your order ships, you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number from your confirmation email.
Customs & duties
For orders delivered within the European Union, there are no additional customs charges or import duties. For orders outside the EU — including the United States — import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees may apply on delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
